This class will combine yoga with an added element of of balancing on a stand up paddleboard (SUP). Instructor will lead participants on the yoga sequence while on the pool deck. Following that, participants will partner up with one person on the board while the other is in the water providing stability to their partner's board. Both partners will have the opportunity to go through the yoga sequence while balancing on the stand up paddle board. This class will challenge both balance and core control.
Class will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 19 - April 11 from 5:00-6:00pm in the pool.
