This class will combine yoga with an added element of of balancing on a stand up paddleboard (SUP). Participants will work on learning basic yoga poses on the pool deck and then take it on the water. Additional conditioning aqua exercises will also be taught to provide a complete body workout. Bring an open mind and leave with your bluemind... No previous Yoga or SUP experience necessary. Must be comfortable in deep water.
Class will meet 4 times on Tuesdays, February 20, March 20, April 17 and May 8 from 7:00-8:00p in the pool.
