Saluki Spring Break Boot Camp is a military inspired 4-week class which will lead into Spring Break 2020. This class will incorporate HIIT principles and a functional fitness approach in order to help you reach your fitness goals before heading off to your vacation destination. At the same time, the instructors will incorporate a level of personal training in a small group setting which will enable participants to get the most out of the exercises while maintaining form and technique. This class will utilize a variety of equipment including: battle ropes, sleds, medicine balls, slam balls, kettlebells, and more. Boxing, TRX, and (weather permitting) the new outdoor fitness court at campus lake may also be used.
This class will meet Thursdays, February 6 - 27
