GPP (General Physical Preparedness) is a foundational fitness program which helps improve multiple aspects of physical fitness such as cardiovascular capacity, strength, power, agility, coordiantion, and balance. This GPP class will meet once weekly for an hour. Participants will be instructed on basic multi-joint, compound movements in a total body workout. Instructor will introduce the class to a variety of pieces of exercise equipment including sleds, kettle bells, slam balls, battle ropes, and free weights. The aim is to prepare participants in an instructional atmosphere at a reasonable pace for more intense exercise programs in the future.
Class will meet Tuesdays, April 9 - 30, 2019 at Courtside Fitness Studio
